a.    July 23, 2026, road closure for Greensboro Housing Authority Road closure for Southwest Street between the hours of 1p.m.-4p.m.
  
b. Consideration to approve the Mayor's recommendation to hire Mr.Trinity Smith as the Fire Chief.              

c. Consideration to approve the FY 2026 Local Road Assistance Funding (LRA) funding application and authorizing the mayor to 
   execute the application.
                 
d. Consideration to approve and authorize the City Manager to submit Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response (SAFER)application for FY 25& FY 26.
          
e. Consideration to approve the Professional Services Agreement with Halff Associates, Inc for the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Program for the development of a Safety Action Plan and to authorize the mayor to execute the agreement.

f. Second Reading RZ-2026-04 – Applicant, Jason Simms, Greensboro, Georgia and owner, Bairn Geriatrics, LLC, Georgia has requested rezoning of +/- 27.86 acres of     Parcel 0700000880 located on Towne Creek Boulevard from B-1, Neighborhood Convenience Commercial District to B-2, General Commercial Highway Oriented District.

g. Second Reading RZ-2026-05 – Applicant, Jason Simms, Greensboro, Georgia and owner, Kervent Holdings, LLC, Madison, Georgia has requested rezoning of +/- 6.63  acres of Parcel 0700001020  located on Towne Creek Boulevard from B-1, Neighborhood Convenience Commercial District to B-2, Commercial Highway Oriented  District.

h. 1st reading for Development Regulations.

i. Consideration of Resolution for Imposition of Moratorium on Development.
